1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.educatorhire.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site, including:
- Educators (individuals seeking teaching or administrative positions).
- Schools/Employers (educational institutions or organizations seeking to hire educators).
- General visitors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. No Account Registration
Educator Hire does not offer user accounts. You do not need to create an account to browse the Site or to apply for job postings.
- Educators: You may apply for advertised positions by sending your CV and any required documents directly to the email address provided in each job posting.
- Schools: You do not create an account on the Site. Instead, all arrangements for posting job requirements are handled directly between you and Educator Hire via separate communication (email, phone, or written agreement).
3. How the Platform Works
3.1 For Schools (Employers)
If you are a school or educational institution and wish to advertise a job opening:
- You contact Educator Hire directly (via email, phone, or in person).
- You and Educator Hire agree on the terms of service, including any fees, scope of work, and other commercial terms. These terms are documented separately (e.g., via a signed agreement or confirmed email exchange).
- Once agreed, Educator Hire will draft and post the job requirement on the Site on your behalf.
- Educator Hire will receive applications from educators via email, review them, and forward suitable candidates to you based on your criteria.
3.2 For Educators (Job Seekers)
If you are an educator seeking employment:
- You browse job postings on the Site.
- Each job posting will contain an email address (typically an Educator Hire email address) where you should send your CV and any required documents.
- You send your application directly to that email address.
- Educator Hire reviews your application. If you meet the school’s criteria, we may forward your CV to the relevant school. We do not guarantee that your application will be forwarded or that you will receive a response.
- Any further communication, interviews, or job offers are between you and the school. Educator Hire is not a party to any employment relationship.
3.3 No Automatic Matching
Educator Hire does not provide automated matching, searchable databases, or self-service posting. All job postings are manually reviewed and published by us. All applications are manually reviewed by us.
4. Job Postings
4.1 Posting Content
All job postings on the Site are prepared by Educator Hire based on information provided by the school. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any job posting for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violations of Lebanese law (e.g., discriminatory language).
- Incomplete or misleading information.
- Failure to agree on commercial terms with the school.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
Schools are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job requirements they provide to us. Educator Hire acts as a mere conduit and does not verify the truthfulness of school-provided information beyond reasonable efforts.
4.3 Duration of Postings
Each job posting will remain on the Site for a period agreed upon with the school (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified). After that period, the posting will be removed unless the school requests an extension.
5. Applications from Educators
5.1 How to Apply
To apply for a job, educators must send their CV and any other requested documents to the email address shown in the job posting. Do not send applications to any other email address unless instructed.
5.2 What Happens to Your Application
- Educator Hire will receive your application via email.
- We will review your CV against the criteria provided by the school.
- If you are a potential match, we will forward your CV to the school.
- If you are not a match, we may not respond, or we may send a brief rejection notice at our discretion.
- We do not provide detailed feedback on applications.
5.3 No Guarantee of Forwarding or Response
Educator Hire makes no guarantees that:
- Your application will be read or reviewed.
- Your application will be forwarded to any school.
- Any school will respond to your application, offer an interview, or hire you.
5.4 Data Retention for Applications
Your CV and application email will be retained only as long as necessary to process that specific job posting. After the posting closes, your data will be deleted unless you have given separate consent for us to keep your CV on file for future opportunities.
6. Fees and Commercial Terms
6.1 No Fees for Educators
Educators are not charged any fees by Educator Hire for browsing job postings or submitting applications. If anyone asks you to pay money to apply for a job through Educator Hire, please report it to us immediately.
6.2 Fees for Schools
Any fees charged to schools for posting job requirements, forwarding candidates, or any other services are handled directly between Educator Hire and the school outside of these Terms. Such arrangements will be documented in a separate written agreement (e.g., a service contract, invoice, or email confirmation) agreed upon before any job posting is published.
6.3 No Obligation to Post
Educator Hire is under no obligation to post any job requirement until a separate commercial agreement has been reached with the school.

All users agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications or job requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law (including Articles 220–224 of the Lebanese Code of Obligations and Contracts):
- In no event shall Educator Hire, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost wages, lost profits, or reputational harm) arising from your use of the Site or any application or job posting.
- For educators: Because educators pay no fees, our total liability to any educator shall be zero to the extent permitted by law.
- For schools that have entered into a separate written agreement with Educator Hire: The liability terms (including any caps or exclusions) shall be governed exclusively by that separate agreement. In the event of any conflict, the separate agreement shall control.

- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Any dispute between you and another user (e.g., an educator and a school), provided that Educator Hire is not a party to that dispute.
13. Termination and Removal of Content
13.1 Removal of Job Postings
Educator Hire may remove any job posting at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Expiration of the agreed posting period.
- Breach of these Terms by the school.
- Non-payment of agreed fees.
13.2 Banning Users
We may ban any school or educator from using the Site (e.g., by blocking their email address or IP address) for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of any agreement with a school, we will remove their job postings within a reasonable time. Applications already forwarded to the school remain with the school.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.3 No Class Actions
You agree to bring any claim against us only in your individual capacity, not as a class representative or class member.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages, governmental actions).
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Educator Hire regarding use of the website, except that separate written agreements with schools regarding fees, liability, or other commercial terms shall supplement and, where necessary, override these Terms.
