Full name, email, phone, CV, cover letter, attachments.
- From Schools:
Institution details, contact information, hiring requirements.

IP address, browser, system, visit data.
We do not collect payment data or sensitive data unless voluntarily provided.

We use data to review applications, match candidates with schools, communicate when needed, and improve services.

We do not sell data. We share CVs only with relevant schools and use trusted service providers.

CVs retained 30–90 days or up to 6 months with consent. Logs retained 30 days.

We use passwords, 2FA, and restricted access. Email is not fully secure.
